You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

2. Non-returnable items

• Used or damaged items (not caused by delivery)
• Custom or made-to-order furniture
• Items without original packaging

3. Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

5. Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
